I write regularly for online journal, Bella Caledonia, mostly essays on nature and culture. You can find my work by clicking on the links. I also write for the The Dark Mountain Project’s website, as well as contributing to their bi-annual, hardback anthologies. My work has been published in other journals and anthologies, including Open Democracy, Flamingo Scottish Short Stories, In Other Tongues, and Playing for Time: Making Art as if the World Mattered. I’m currently writing a book about landscape and myth, which I aim to complete in 2022. My essay ‘At Diarmaid’s Grave’ is included in Antlers of Water: Writing on the Nature and Environment of Scotland, edited by Kathleen Jamie and published by Cannongate in 2020.
