I write regularly for online journal, Bella Caledonia, mostly essays on nature and culture. I also write for the The Dark Mountain Project’s website, as well as contributing to their bi-annual, hardback anthologies. My work has been published in other journals and anthologies, including Open Democracy, Flamingo Scottish Short Stories, and Playing for Time: Making Art as if the World Mattered. I’m currently writing a book about landscape and myth, which I hope to complete in 2020. My most recent essay is included in Antlers of Water: Writing on the Nature and Environment of Scotland, edited by Kathleen Jamie and published by Cannongate on August 6th 2020.
